  • How do I book an appointment?

    You will be able to book an appointment and view our calendar and availability under "Book Now" on our website.
  • What is your residential recurring service area?

    Our service area for our recurring residential clients is Montgomery County, PA and the following NW Philadelphia Zip codes (19118, 19119, 19126, 19128,19138, 19141, 19144, & 19150)
  • What is your service area for one time cleanings?

    For one time cleanings, move-in/move out, or post construction cleanings we will travel within Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
  • Do you offer COVID-19 cleaning?

    Yes. We can clean the home after someone has recovered from illness. Select our "COVID 19 Deep Clean" at check out. We have an EPA certified disinfectant that we can use in the home to disinfect after illness.
  • Can you only use ECO friendly products in my home?

    Yes! We can use ECO safe cleaning products at no additional charge. Please leave us a note at booking.
  • Do you provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies?

    Yes, our specialist will bring all the necessary equipment and supplies. Please leave us a note in the notes section if you would prefer that we use your cleaning products and/ or vaccum.
  • What is the difference between a Deep and Standard cleaning?

    Deep cleaning goes further tuote o get rid of dirt, grime, soap scum, and other gunk around your home. Deep cleaning can make your home a healthier environment by getting rid of dirt, dust, and other grime that has not been touched for weeks, months, or years. It also makes it look and smell fresh and clean. A deep cleaning is a more thorough service than the standard cleaning. It involves a lot of detailed work, which takes more effort. Some people start with a deep clean when they start using a professional cleaning service. You start out with your home being clean throughout. Then, when you start with regular cleanings or standard cleanings, the cleaning service can maintain that level of cleanliness they create during the deep cleaning.
  • Do I have to be home during the service?

    No, you are not required to be home while cleaning. Provide us with instructions when you book the appointmemt. We will call you with any questions. Our specialists are screened and background-checked to provide you peace of mind.
  • Do you work with landlords, property managers, & realtors?

    Yes. We can do a custom quote for multiple properties you need cleaned on a one time or recurring basis. Call 724-565-2433.
  • I am moving out of my apartment and it must be cleaned so I don't lose a portion of my security deposit.

    Yes. We do move in/ out cleanings for clients so you don't lose your security deposit. Book a "deep cleaning" on our website. If you need the inside of the oven and refrigerator cleaned, you must add on the "oven and refrigerator deep cleaning package" as well.
  • I just moved into a new house, which service should I select?

    If you just moved into the house, start with a "deep clean". This gives you a fresh start in your new home without worrying about the dirt and grime from the previous owners.
  • What service do you recommend for first time Clients?

    First time clients should have their homes "Deep Cleaned". A Deep Clean allows us the extra time to do a thorough cleaning of your home. After the initial deep cleaning, the standard cleaning is a maintenance clean for upkeep.
  • I need speciality cleaning (fire, mold, flood, smoke, storm, blood, trauma, and wind)

    We are now able to offer speciality cleaning due to fire, mold, flood, smoke, storm, blood, trauma, and wind. Give us a call at 724-565-2433 for a referral. They will be able to provide help throughout the entire process of cleanup and recovery including working with your insurance if needed.
  • Sorry our specialist cannot do the following:

    Moving or lifting anything over 25 lbs, Stepping higher than 2 steps on a stepstool, Cleaning up animal waste, Cleaning litter boxes, & Cleaning insects/rodents. If you need biohazard cleaning, call us at 724-565-2433 for a referral.
  • What is your policy on hoarder houses and infections?

    If you need hoarder and biohazard cleaning, call us at 724-565-2433 for a referral.
  • What if I don’t want my entire home cleaned?

    Please leave us a note under "Special Instructions" on the "Book Now" page.
  • What about pets?

    During service please secure your pet in a crate or behind a secure door. Rooms secured with pets will not be cleaned.
  • How many Cleaning Specialist will come?

    We typically send 1-3 Cleaning Specialists depending on the size of your home.
  • Will I have the same cleaners each time?

    In most cases you will be able to have the same cleaners. Adjustments will have to be made if your cleaner is out sick, vacation, etc...
  • Are your rates negotiable?

    No. Other companies may be able to offer lower rates because they don’t carry liability insurance, bonding, or vet their employees. Those are things we don’t operate without.  We also pay our cleaners well, provide ongoing training, and benefits. We want the best cleaners working in your home that take pride in their work. We pay more to attract the best cleaners.
  • Do you offer discounts?

    Yes. We offer new and recurring customer discounts as well as packages.
  • Can I trust your Specialists in my home?

    Yes. We perform a thorough background check on our cleaners and we are bonded and insured.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can come back and make it right. All re-cleans must be done within 48 hours of the original cleaning. 
  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We prefer cash payment at the end of your service; however, you may pay by credit card or personal check.
  • When will I be charged for my cleaning?

    Payment for cleaning is due after the service. Credit cards will be processed after the cleaning is complete.
  • Cancellation/Rescheduling

    Please give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Why do I need a cleaning service?

    A professional cleaning service has the deep cleaning routine down. The cleaners know what needs to be cleaned and where the dirt and gunk typically hides. They have the cleaning supplies and tools needed to do the job correctly. They also know how to clean different parts of your home safely. They know what works on baseboards or tiles, for example. The cleaners handle heavy lifting, such as moving appliances to clean behind them. This can prevent you from getting injured during cleaning. Hiring a service saves you time. It goes beyond the regular clean, so it naturally takes a lot longer. A service can get in quickly to do the job, leaving you with more free time. It means you don’t have to do all of the tedious cleaning tasks that no one likes to do, such as scrubbing grout lines for hours or wiping down the individual slats on blinds.
